Bus bench advertising is also a great way to give back to our community. Rotary International is the oldest and largest service organization in the United States. The Yucaipa-Calimesa Club was founded in 1956 and currently invests more money in local projects than any other volunteer entity. Our current year’s charity budget is approximately $75,000. The largest portion of this money goes to Yucaipa youth, including $25,000 for college and high school scholarships plus funds for youth leadership training and programs for kids at risk. Our bus bench enterprise is one of the main sources of income that fund these projects.
